SPUDGUNS!

Last week Mike and I made potato guns(potatoe guns for you republicans). They are made from PVC pipe, and using combustive fuels such as ether can lob slugs cut from potatoes well over a hundred yards. We had fun making them, but words can't describe the amount of fun Mikes two sons had playing with these things!

Happy Birthday Kim

This is Mary's sister Kim's birthday a couple weeks ago. We took her to our favorite restuarant, Lareado's. The staff there sings Happy Birthday in Spanish if you go on your birthday, it was fun. If you are ever in Auburn Lareado's is a great place to eat, the food and service is the best!

This is a big viewing area in the largest tank at the Georgia Aquarium.
The large creature is a Whale Shark and the others are Goliath Grouper.

Mary and I took my Mom to the Georgia Aquarium for Mother's Day Sunday. It was rather crowded but we had a good time.

Short Video From Last Week

Not much to say about last week. Work had me busy with graduation and Mary with a vet conference, but after graduation I did manage to drive over to Newnan Georgia's Factory Skatepark to help maintain my sanity in thier wooden bowl, that thing is SOOOOO much fun. Afterwards I roasted a chicken on the new grill at Mary's house. The bird was rubbed with various seasonings and stuffed with sprigs of rosemary before grilling, man it was good!

Orchid

Last night I went shopping as I was on a mission to clean up the apartment and get some hot pepper plants for my porch. I saw this orchid, and as Mary likes orchids and grows them I cound not resist buying it. The photo doesn't do it justice, it is amazing in detail.

New Grill at Mary's house!

My first meal prepared on the new grill. Filet, shrimp, asparagus, wild rice and LeGrand Pinot Noir. Mmmmmmmmmmm.

One of the cooler parts of the weekend, Mary bought a brand new grill. It's gas, has four burners and a side burner and an electric rotisserie. 

The Tour of Autauga

Photo I took as my friend David Bundy and I headed out on the Tour of Autauga this past weekend. It was fun, but I had a flat on a big hill towards the end. Then I broke a spoke and my back wheel was all warped.
