Canon G3 Surgery was a success!

This is a photo from my conversion on my new Canon G3. The clear piece of glass in my fingers the infrared blocking filter that was in the camera, I replaced it with a infrared pass filter that blocks all visable light. I bought the camera on Ebay for $200, it was a pretty good deal. Now I have a camera that shoots infrared! I have put a few more on my Flickr page and will be updating it more often with images.

Wal-Mart Infrared

Infrared image of Mary and I in the parking lot of Auburn's Wal-Mart last night. I used the channel mixer palette in Photoshop to invert the red and blue channels to get the blue sky.

The above photo was shot in a park in Mobile, it's digital infrared. I'll post more on that later.
