Big Ugly Spider
This guy had an enormous web strung up accross the Nubbin Creek Trail. The reason he is on the ground and not the web is that I plowed right through the web while hiking. As I was pulling spider web out of my beard he was hanging from my elbow by a piece of his spider-thread. It really gave Mary a jolt as she hates spiders, but really freaked me out as I had his web all tangled up in my beard.

The Greater Dane in her Great Domain
Thursday night after the storm we had to get Ileya out of the house. This is the entrance to her favorite place, Keisel Park. It is a no-leash dog park where people can walk thier dogs without leashes. There are lots of trails and it's really nice. Ileya gets to go every day, sometimes twice. This was taken Thursday night, the winds were still howling and the rain had just stopped but she had a great time anyway. We were the only people in the park which was kind of unusual.
Billy had the most damage of anyone I know. This tree fell onto his house from next door, and another large tree fell from his yard onto his neighbor's house. The other tree also busted his gas line causing the house to fill with gas, which could have been bad. Luckily he wasn't hurt, and insurance should take care of the damages.

Montgomery Century 2004
I created another blog for the Montgomery Bicycle Club. They had the annual century here last weekend and I took photos for them. Most of the club members don't ride they work so this can happen. Anyhow:
